The night before the first Sunday of Advent, we held a special service to prepare our hearts for honoring Christ's birth and celebrate the beauty and symbolism of the various elements of Advent. Church members participated in the setup of the decorations and presenting the related Bible readings. Specially selected Christmas carols were enjoyed by all.

"For unto us a child is born, unto us a Son is given: and the government shall be upon His shoulder.  He will be called Wonderful, Counsellor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace."

Isaiah 9:6
